Yemen and Iran held discussions Monday on preparations for the visit of a top Iranian official, according to SABA.
Deputy foreign minister for Asian and African affairs Hussein Taher and the Iranian ambassador Hussein Kamalian discussed plans for the visit of the secretary of the Iranian National Security Council Hussein Rawhani.
During his visit, the Iranian official will convey a message to President Ali Abdullah Saleh from the Iranian leader Mohammad Khatami on the bilateral relations.
