A Memorandum of Understanding was recently signed between the Princess Sumaya University for Technology (PSUT) and the Carinthia University of Applied Sciences in Austria. The MOU was the result of a recent visit made by a delegation from PSUT to the Carinthia University campus.
The PSUT delegation was headed by Professor Hisham Ghassib, President of PSUT, and included Dr. Abdullah Al Zubi, Dean of Scientific Research at PSUT. The visit to the Carinthia University campus included both a tour of the different departments that the university runs and an introduction to the different educational programs it offers.
With the signing of the MOU comes the promise of academic collaborations that in turn will prove to be fruitful for both sides involved. The Carinthia University of Applied Science competes on European and Global scales, providing educational programs in the fields of applied sciences. PSUT on the other hand is the only specialized university in Jordan to provide educational programs in the Information Technology and the Communications fields.
Impressed with the talks they had held with the delegation from PSUT, the administration of Carinthia University of Applied Sciences expressed their sincere admiration for all of PSUT's achievements over the years. Ending their visit on a high note, the PSUT delegation expressed their feelings of optimism towards all what this MOU will accomplish for both sides.
