Qatari Foreign Minister Hamad bin Jasim bin Jabr Al Thani arrived on Tuesday in Yemen as part of his brief official visit.
During the visit, the Qatari minister was to hand over a letter from Qatari Emir Hamad bin Khalifa Al Thani to President Ali Abdullah Saleh dealing with the Yemeni-Qatari mutual relations and means of enhancingthem as well as a number of regional and international issues.
