RAK Porcelain, the subsidiary company of RAK Ceramics, the Ras Al Khaimah based global leader in the ceramic industry, has announced that in the four years since its inauguration by HH Sheikh Saud Bin Saqr Al Qasimi, Crown Prince and Deputy Ruler of Ras Al Khaimah, on January 26, 2006, its portfolio has grown to 15 ranges with more than 1,500 individual articles and 100 design patterns within the three main collections Hotel, Retail and Airlines. The 45,000 pieces produced per day are exported to Europe (40%), Middle East & Africa (35%) and the rest of the world (25%).

RAK Porcelain was established in January 2006 as part of the RAK Ceramics group to produce high grade alumina fully vitrified porcelain tableware for the Hotel, Restaurant, Catering and Retail industry. Spread over an area of 60,000 square metres, RAK Porcelain's advanced manufacturing facility in Ras Al Khaimah has a manufacturing capacity of 15 million pieces of premium quality porcelain dinnerware per annum.
