Rasmala Investment Bank Limited (Rasmala) announced the appointment of Husam Kutaifan as Head of Corporate Finance and Michael Kidd as Head of Private Equity.
Prior to joining Rasmala, Mr. Kutaifan served as the Head of Mergers and Acquisitions at Samba Capital in Saudi Arabia. He also served as the Head of Corporate Finance in Atlas Investment Group. He holds an MBA in Finance from Western Michigan University and is also a CFA Charterholder.
Mr. Kidd joins Rasmala from Intaj, a MENA focused mid-cap private equity fund. Prior to that, he was Executive Director at CIBC Capital Partners in London focusing on mid-cap private equity. Mr. Kidd also worked at McKinsey & Co in the US. He holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree from Dartmouth College and an MBA from Harvard University.
