Recruitment of 100 Saudi youth complements Saudization plan of Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques
Al Harthi: initiative key component of Al Rabie strategy
Al Rabie Saudi Foods Co. Ltd., a leading producer of dairy products and juices in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the largest juice manufacturer in the Middle East, recently signed an agreement with the KSA’s Human Resources Development Fund (HRDF) to train and recruit 100 Saudi youngsters. Al Rabie General Manager Monther Bin Trad Al Harthi and HRDF Branch Manager Ahmed Bin Mohammed Al Ghamdi served as signatories to the agreement.
Al Harthi explained that Al Rabie’s strategy of recruiting Saudi nationals within his company will help promote the development of Saudi youth and is in line with the Saudization program set by the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Abdullah Bin Abdulaziz.
“Al Rabie Saudi Food Company has evaluated its priorities and has identified the recruitment of the Saudi nationals as an essential part of its corporate strategy. We will thus be training and employing 100 Saudi nationals; we are currently in the process of conducting several programs such as training courses for various fields such as management and technical training to complement the needs of the company. We offer candidates and qualified personnel a healthy working atmosphere to ensure the success of our initiatives,” said Al Harthi.
Al Rabie has been recruiting personnel with Baccalaureate and Masters degrees to enhance the performance levels of the internal team and increase the overall productivity of the company. This also maintains the positive image of the company within local and foreign markets.
“We have been employing Saudi nationals with impressive qualifications since the company was founded in 1980. At Al Rabie our employees are of diverse nationalities, although our focus is to increase the number of Saudi nationals as we believe in the skills and abilities of the Saudi youth and we are committed to complement the plan of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Abdulaziz,” concluded Al Harthi.
The Saudization program implemented by Al Rabie and headed by Monther Al Harthi is one of the KSA’s significant national projects. It is expected to spawn similar initiatives throughout the Kingdom, motivate the country’s youth to take on more significant roles in national development, and ensure the employment of Saudi nationals.
