His Highness Dr Sheikh Sultan bin Mohammed Al Qasimi, Member of the UAE Supreme Council and Ruler of Sharjah visited du stand (120 C) at the Sharjah career exhibition 2010 after inaugurating the event. HH was welcomed and briefed by Ahmad Aburahima, VP government relations, and Jamal Khalifa Lootah Senior Director, national recruitment and development, on du’s efforts towards Emiratisation and the graduate trainee programme Masar, which has 100 exciting careers to offer to qualified candidates in 2010.
du’s successful Emiratisation programme has already touched 20 per cent of the workforce, and now stands at 35 per cent at the senior management level, while a further increase across the company is expected during 2010.
