Safety Electrical sets up operations in Dubai Techno Park

Safety Electrical, one of the leading companies in the Middle East for protection and control of electrical systems has established operations in Dubai Techno Park. The company has invested AED 7.4 million for its first phase of construction and will make further investments for machinery and equipment in the coming months.
 
Safety Electrical deals in switch gear, lighting and control gear manufacturing and are affiliated to renowned international companies like ABB, Hager and Dorman Smith.
 
“Our decision to shift operations to Techno Park will help us achieve the goal of strengthening our presence in the Middle East region. This expansion initiative will give us the needed visibility that will assist in targeting a wider client base and will result in increased production. Further, operating from Techno Park will enhance the overall reputation and image of Safety Electrical and will help us to increase our workforce,” said B.G. Gurnani, Managing Partner, Safety Electrical. 
 
Abdulla Al Qurashi, Chief Executive Officer, Techno Park said, “Dubai Techno Park will serve as an ideal base for Safety Electrical, which plans to leverage the strategic location and operational advantages of the Park to tap into the Middle East markets and form new alliances with prestigious international companies. This is a timely move by the company, given the development and expansion taking place throughout the region.”
 
Safety Electrical was established in 1982 and currently employs more than 55 people. The company has maintained a steady growth over the years and has annual profits to the tune of US $ 3 million.
 
Dubai Techno Park is being developed as a hub for various industries and the new economic zone provides attractive incentives, superior infrastructure and single-window clearance. It is the first technology park of its kind in the Middle East and it brings with it the backing of the Government of Dubai as well as many private and semi private organisations.
