Samsung Electronics Co., Ltd., a market leader and award-winning innovator in consumer electronics, is holding a nationwide service campaign to customers from September 26 to October 2, 2010. Korean engineers will be present at select locations in Egypt to support the servicing of all Samsung electronics including mobile phones, digital cameras, home appliances, and I.T. products both under warranty and out of warranty. The free service campaign will be offered at specified Samsung dealer locations in the greater Cairo area, Alexandria, Assiut, Port Said, Mansoura, and Tanta.
"Samsung is committed to showing our customer appreciation by providing follow up servicing on all of our products," commented Mr. Duke Park, General Manager of Samsung Egypt. "This service campaign is a great way for Samsung customers to register and become familiar with Samsung servicing locations all over Egypt."
Servicing for mobile phones and hand-held products will offered at select Raya, Ring and Union shops in the greater Cairo area, Alexandria, Assiut, Port Said, Mansoura, and Tanta, beginning on Sunday, September 26 and running until Saturday, October 2, 2010. Servicing for all consumer electronics, including home appliances will be offered at Mantrac's Maadi-Helwan location and service for all Samsung I.T. products will be offered at Metra's Mohandessin, Cairo location from September 26 until September 30, 2010.
