Sheikh Mohammad Sabah Al-Salem Al-Sabah leads new Kuwaiti government

ALBAWABA - Kuwaiti state news agency reported, headed by Prime Minister Sheikh Mohammad Sabah Al-Salem Al-Sabah, Emir of Kuwait Mishal Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah signed a decree announcing the country's new government. 

Earlier this month, Kuwait's emir, Sheikh Meshal Al Ahmad Al Sabah, appointed Sheikh Mohammed Sabah Al Salem as the new prime minister. He was tasked with forming a new cabinet by royal decree.

The 13-minister cabinet includes Fahad Yusuf Al-Sabah as acting deputy prime minister, minister of defense, and minister of interior. 

Dr. Emad Al-Atiqi has been appointed as Minister of Oil, Anwar Ali Al-Moudhaf as the finance minister and Abdullah Ali Al-Yahya as the new foreign minister.
