Dubai Biotechnology and Research Park (DuBiotech), the region’s major life sciences park and a member of TECOM Investments’ newly created Sciences Cluster, today announced Flores Valles Middle East FZ-LLC, leaders in engineering and installation of laboratory furniture, fume hoods and food service equipment, will make its Middle East foray by opening a subsidiary at the life sciences park.
The announcement was made during a press conference that was attended by His Excellency Gonzalo de Benito Secades, Ambassador of Spain in the UAE, Jose Luis Flores Valles, Chairman – Flores Valles Group, Dr. Jean Assaad, Managing Director- Flores Valles ME, Dr. Ayesha Abdullah, Managing Director of TECOM Investments’ Sciences Cluster and Executive Director of Dubai Health Care City, and Dr. Marco Baccanti, Executive Director, DuBiotech.
Established in 1830, the 180-year old Spanish industrial group Flores Valles is one of the oldest and most innovative manufacturing companies of lab furniture in Europe. It commands an extensive network of distributors with a presence in more than 32 countries around the world.
