Pearl Dubai has signed an MoU with Surbana Technologies Pte Ltd of Singapore to provide integrated estate management services to Dubai Pearl. With a 25-year successful track record, Surbana will provide its expertise and technology solutions to monitor and manage the critical MEP infrastructure and sub-systems both on a 'city and building' level.
Surbana Technologies is a subsidiary of Surbana Corporation that in turn is wholly owned by Temasek Holdings, a Singapore-based international investment company with a diversified global portfolio of S$90 billion.
Surbana Technologies comprises four main divisions including InfoComm Technology (ICT), Sustainable Design Technologies (SDT), Product/System Development (PSD) and Strategic City Management (SCM). While operating independently, each division also shares cross-functional synergies to provide a complete end-to-end solution within the overall Surbana framework.
