President Bashar al-Assad held a meeting at the Damascus Airport Lounge Sunday with the Saudi Crown Prince on the deteriorating situation in the occupied Palestinian territories.
The Saudi Prince earlier held talks in Lebanon with President Emile Lahoud, the rotating president of the Arab Summit, on the necessary measures which ought to be taken in wake of the ongoing Israeli aggressions against the Palestinian people.
Saudi Prince Abdullah, in statements to the press, condemned the Israeli continuous aggressions and asserted that Arabs have extended their hands for peace and that the ball is now in the Israeli court, SANA reported. (Albawaba.com)
