Syrian Foreign Minister Farouq Shara has asked UN Middle East Envoy Terje Roed-Larsen to be involved in efforts to revive Israeli-Syrian peace talks, reported Saudi Press Agency (SPA), quoting diplomats.
One diplomat said Shara asked Larsen to discuss the idea of the United Nations helping to define a line between Israel and Syria when he returns to Damascus in July on his next tour of the region, said SPA – Albawaba.com
