Turkish Foreign Minister Abdullah Gul will visit London on Thursday to review the situation in Iraq and Ankara’s own bid to join the European Union (EU), the Turkish foreign ministry announced Tuesday.
Gul was scheduled to have talks with British counterpart Jack Straw, International Development Secretary Baroness Amos and Minister for Europe Denis MacShane as well as representatives of British banks and investment firms. (Albawaba.com)
