ALBAWABA - Vladimir Medinsky, leader of the Russian delegation on peace talks with Ukraine, said they would go to Turkey for negotiations with Ukraine if such a suggestion was put on the table.
"If they give an order, we will go," said Vladimir Medinsky, an advisor to Russian President Vladimir Putin, in a video commentary posted to the Telegram channel Shot in response to a question about the situation.
On Wednesday, Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan said in a video message that his country is ready to host peace talks between Russia and Ukraine again and that diplomacy and dialogue should be given a chance for a "fair and lasting resolution" of the Ukraine conflict, which began on February 24, 2022.
