Two Palestinians were killed and thirteen were injured when Israeli soldiers fired shots Saturday at protestors throwing stones at the Lebanese-Israeli border, reported AFP.

A Palestinian military leader in Lebanon, Munir Maqdah, had told the Al-Jazira TV channel that “several were injured in the incident, some were serious.

AFP said that four other Palestinian refugees fainted when the Israeli troops threw tear gas to disperse the crowd at the border southeast of the town of Naqoura, facing the Israeli settlement of Zareet.

"We have warned [the Israelis] against the massacres and threatened of a flood in the region. This is the spark," Maqdah said - (Several Sources)
