Vcorp Services LLC (www.vcorpservices.com)
today announced the opening of a new office in Israel to service increased demand
for the company's turnkey corporate filing services.  Stephen Mauskopf, vice
president for business development, Israel, will manage the office.

"Despite the generally weak global economy, Vcorp Services continues to grow its
client base by offering a wide range of services," said Isaac Muller, CEO and
Founder of Vcorp Services.  "Israel is one of our fastest-growing markets, and this
expansion will support existing demand from current international clients as well as
growing demand from entrepreneurs in the prosperous Israeli market."

"This is perfect timing to expand our offerings in this region, and Stephen's
experience and breadth of knowledge about the Israeli business climate is
uniquely-suited to guide Vcorp through this exciting stage of development,"
continued Muller.

"I am thrilled to be a member of the Vcorp Services team and look forward to
augmenting Vcorp's global network of expertise," said Mauskopf.  "Israel's economy
continues to show good resilience in the face of the global crisis, particularly in
the technology sector.  In fact, Intel's new micro processing chip is being made in
Israel, not California. Silicon Valley-based multi-national giants like Google,
Oracle, and Applied Materials maintain integral operational facilities in Israel.
Venture capital investment is propelling entrepreneurship, and we are seeing
Israel's high-tech industry emerge as a global powerhouse."

Mauskopf brings more than eight years of executive experience to Vcorp's operations
in Israel.  Most recently, he served as vice president of business development with
a low-tech start-up and previously headed an asset-based financing group as vice
president for sales and operations.
