VIP Waterfront launches AED 1.8 billion Royal Bay

VIP Waterfront, one of the international luxury property developers in the region officially launched Royal Bay at a gala dinner held at the Safinah Ballroom in Jumeirah Beach Hotel on Saturday, 1st November, 2008.

The event was attended by 600 delegates including a number of local & international investors, consultants, architects, senior officials and media who were welcomed by VIP Waterfront with a detailed presentation of the development.  At the event, VIP Waterfront officially opened sales for Royal Bay with apartment prices starting from AED 2,400/- per sq.ft and villas priced at AED 2,700/- per sq.ft.
