Rivington Grill, the first restaurant of Caprice Holdings to open in Dubai, welcomed culinary enthusiasts at the opening night of Taste of Dubai 2010.
Being held from 17-20 March at the Dubai Media City Amphitheatre and Park, Taste of Dubai 2010 hosts 20 of Dubai’s top restaurants, including some of the newest to open in the city. The event also witnesses world-renowned master chefs offering a sampling of their signature dishes to visitors. In addition to spotlighting some of Dubai’s newest restaurants, the event creates an exciting ambience for families with live entertainment and gourmet food stations.
Rivington Grill is presenting the Classic Prawn Cocktail for starters, Fish and Chips with Mushy Peas as main course, and Sticky Toffee Pudding for dessert in this year’s edition of Taste of Dubai. Rivington Grill’s Head Chef Duncan Cruickshanks and Head Pastry Chef Liz Stevenson are showcasing some of Rivington Grill’s finest classic dishes on 19 and 20 March, and are taking their place among other leading chefs to share their talents and tips with the audience.
