Syrian singer George Wassuf has returned to the music scene after a long break due to medical problems with his vocal cords.
According to Al Sharq El Awsat newspaper, the actor is getting ready to produce his new album, which is being recorded in Cairo.
Meanwhile, the singer is currently resting in his recently constructed house in Kfaroun, Syria, his homeland.
Wassuf’s manager Michelle Hayek verified that the singer’s health improved after he quit smoking.
The singer had put his career on halt after scares of cancer in his vocal cords; which in turn, effected his performances – Albawaba.com.
