ALBAWABA - A horrific crime has shaken Lebanon after local media reported that a Lebanese child, 2, was raped and thrown out of a balcony.
Local media reported that the baby boy, identified as R. S. K., was taken to Tripoli Governmental Hospital on Monday and was in a critical situation after he fell from his house balcony.
Sources revealed that the 2-year-old child had fallen from the balcony of his house in the Al-Airouniyah area, Al-Dankour neighborhood, but he soon died today as a result of his injury.
According to Annahar newspaper, the forensic doctor's report revealed that after examining the child's body, it was clarified that the baby was raped before the rapist threw him from the balcony of the house.
Initial information by the police added that authorities arrested some of the victim's family members, including his mother and uncle, confirming that the attacker is a close relative.
Activists on social media were angered by the news of the rape of the little child in Lebanon and they called for the toughest punishment against anyone who is related to this horrific accident.
