ALBAWABA - A US TV presenter sparked controversy after saying that the first American hostage released by Hamas is linked to US President's son Hunter Biden.

Chase Geiser, the presenter of InfoWars, said that the first American hostage, who was taken hostage by Hamas is the niece of one of Hunter Biden's art collectors. Abigail Mor Edan, the youngest US citizen held by Hamas, was among the group of hostages released back to Israel on Sunday

According to Geiser, the art collector who is believed to have purchased a painting for millions of dollars by Huner Biden has pressured the US government to intervene in the release of their niece from the captivity of Hamas.

He wrote on X (formerly Twitter): "The 1st American hostage released by Hamas is related to one of Hunter Biden's art collectors...."

The TV presenter maintained: "The Bidens have now reached a level of corruption so great that they are considering personal favoritism in hostage negotiations."

According to Geiser, the art collector might have called the Biden administration and said: "I spend almost millions of dollars on it (artwork), and I want my great niece back."

He continued: "And the Biden administration gonna be like okay thank you so much to buy the art we're gonna make sure that your great niece is going to be among the first Americans released" by Hamas.

He maintained: "And we (Biden government) are gonna disregard all of the other Americas; children, adults, elderly people whoever has been abducted." The TV host added that since the art collector paid millions to the Biden family, now he and his relatives got the favouritism to be released from the hostage deal regarding the fact that it is a matter of life and death.

Nonetheless, journalist Benjamin Weingarten, who works as an Editor at Real Clear Investigations, posted on his X account: "So you're telling me that the great-aunt of the youngest American hostage -- and first American -- to be released by Hamas is a buyer of Hunter Biden's art, who was then appointed by Joe Biden to the U.S. Commission for the Preservation of America's Heritage Abroad?"
