ALBAWABA - A Yemeni man detonated a hand grenade next to his sister after a family dispute, local media reported on Sunday.
The Yemeni citizen, who lives in the Al Dhale Governorate, southern Yemen, detonated a hand grenade targeting his 14-year-old sister.
According to sources, the victim ended up with serious injuries from shrapnel when the grenade exploded and hit various parts of her body.

The Security Media Center of the Ministry of Interior in the legitimate government reported that the perpetrator, 28, detonated the bomb on his sister, identified as Reema, due to family disputes and problems.
Nonetheless, the police of Al Dhale’e Governorate confirmed it arrested the attacker and held him up for investigation.
The police also said they would take the necessary legal measures against the perpetrator, while the injured girl was taken to the hospital for treatment.
