Turkey's First Lady Emine Erdogan on Tuesday participated in the reopening ceremony of Ottoman heritage fountain, in Serbian capital Belgrade. The fountain was built 441 years ago by famous Ottoman statesman Sokollu Mehmed Pasha in the Belgrade's Kalemegdan fortress.
