Tropical Cyclone Shaheen Hit Omani Coasts

Oman was affected by a tropical cyclone called Shaheen according to authorities in the country. The tropical cyclone hit Muscat and other Omani coastal areas.

Moreover, the Omani government has delayed and rescheduled flights to and from Muscat airport till Sunday evening or until further notice due to the tropical cyclone.

Oman's FM has received phone calls from other Foreign Ministers of friendly countries across the globe.

Data shows that tropical cyclone Shaheen brought wind speeds up to 116 km per hour along with extremely heavy rainfall and flash floods.
