Atletico Madrid's €38 million offer for Conor Gallagher has been accepted by Chelsea, according to BBC Sport.
The Blues are eager to offload the England international to help balance the books.
They have accepted the bid that was offered by the Madrid giants for the midfielder, who wore the captain's armband last season.
Chelsea rejected a superior offer from Aston Villa, as they preferred to sell the 24-year-old to a foreign club.
Gallagher turned down a new deal proposal in June and is now ready to leave Stamford Bridge.
His current deal expires in 2025.
