Napoli president Aurelio De Laurentiis has revealed that Victor Osimhen is set to sign a new deal.
The 24-year-old is tied to the Serie A champions until the summer of 2025.
He has been linked with a move to Chelsea, however De Laurentiis made an announcement as quoted by Tribal Football: "With Osimhen, we are about to sign the contract that was pending this summer."
The Nigerian striker has missed several matches this season due to injury.
He made only 12 appearances for Napoli across all competitions since the start of the campaign with six goals and two assists to his name.
Napoli face Inter Milan in matchday 14 of the Italian League on Sunday evening.
