Liverpool has reportedly turned down Olympique de Marseille's £12 million bid for Wataru Endo.
The Mirror, says that the French club has put the Japanese midfielder on top of their shopping list, and have tabled a £12m offer to get him.
However, the offer was immediately rejected by the Reds, as they plan to keep hold of the player.
Liverpool brought in the midfielder from Stuttgart last year for a reported fee of £16.2m.
The 31-year-old star signed a deal that will expire in 2027.
New Liverpool boss Arne Slot is yet to decide on Endo's role in the team, but will probably give him the chance to show his worth in the coming games.
