Liverpool's Trent Alexander-Arnold agrees to join Real Madrid

Liverpool star Trent Alexander-Arnold has agreed to join Real Madrid next season, according to Radio Marca's Ramon Alvarez de Mon.

The 26-year-old nearing the end of his deal at Anfield, and he could sign a pre-contract with the Spanish giants from January 1.

However, it appears that the vice-captian will moving to Madrid at the end of the season.

De Mon said: "Arnold has said yes to Real Madrid. There is a full agreement for his free arrival in 2025, although obviously nothing has been signed.

"The possibility of bringing the signature forward to January is not excluded, but it is complicated."

Arnold has accumulated 319 competitive appearances for the Reds across all tournaments, and has helped the team win the Champions League in 2019 among other titles.
