FIFA president Gianni Infantino confirmed on Tuesday that Saudi Arabia will host the 2034 World Cup.
Football's governing body revealed that Saudi Arabia was the only bidder for the tournament.
“Football unites the world like no other sport, World Cup is perfect showcase for a message of unity and inclusion”, Infantino said as quoted by Fabrizio Romano.
He added: “Different cultures can be together”.
A Fifa congress is set confirm Saudi Arabia as hosts in late 2024.
