Acer records 115 percent sales growth for notebooks in Saudi Arabia

Acer Computers (Middle East) Ltd. announced its notebook sales have increased by 115 percent year-on-year in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The significant growth in sales of Acer notebooks has been achieved through competitive pricing and an increase in the variety of models available.  

 

"The overall notebook market in the Middle East is growing in excess of 50 percent year-on-year, which is deeply satisfying, but Acer's growth in Saudi Arabia's notebook segment has exceeded our expectations," said Krishna Murthy, general manager, Acer Computer (ME) Ltd.  

 

"By pushing ahead and achieving such high levels of growth in the notebook segment, we are increasing our market share in the Kingdom and capitalizing on Saudi Arabia's position at the cutting-edge of the Middle East's technology market.”
