UAE real estate major Aldar Properties gained 3.56 percent on the Dubai Financial Market on Wednesday to close at Dh3.78.
The Dubai Financial Market Index rose 1.22 per cent as 15 stocks advanced, two declined and 26 were unchanged according to Khaleej Times.
Emaar Properties PJSC, the largest publicly traded real estate developer in the Middle East, rose 1.67 per cent to Dh12.20, Amlak Finance PJSC, the biggest publicly traded Islamic mortgage company added 1.18 percent to Dh5.13.
