Bank Leumi (BLUSA) has promoted Yair Talmor to Senior Executive Vice President and Deputy to the CEO. In this role, Talmor will be responsible for all of the bank's lending activity.
Talmor will oversee lending activity at BLUSA branches in California, South Florida, New York and Chicago as well as the bank's International Lending, Corporate Finance and Trade Finance divisions.
