Dubai Properties will have two stands at the upcoming Cityscape Dubai 2006 in which the company will showcase its portfolio of projects including Business Bay, Culture Village, The Villa and the Jumeirah Beach Residence.
The highlight of the exhibition will be Culture Village, the Dh50 billion master development launched earlier this year according to Khaleej Times.
Recently, Dubai Properties offered investors a chance to purchase units in seven residential buildings and one commercial building.
This is the third time Dubai Properties is participating at Cityscape Dubai, which is taking place from December 4-6 at the Dubai International Convention and Exhibition Center. Dubai Properties will have stands located in Hall 1 (C20) and in Hall 6 (B10).
Previews of the properties will be made available for the Mazad auction, which will include exclusive residential units, commercial spaces, towers and plots in Executive Towers of Business Bay and Culture Village.
