The Dubai Financial Market index increased by 3.4 per cent to 506.91 points, Gulf News reported. Led by Emaar Properties, all the major shares posted gains, as 13 out of the 18 traded shares rose Monday. The Emaar scrip went up 2.5 per cent to Dh12.35, while Amlak's rose by 5.7 per cent to Dh7.73.
