Dubai: Land deals on July 8
The total value of land transactions in Dubai July 8 peaked at Dhs78.69 millions of which sales exceeded Dhs47 million. The total value of mortgages during the period was Dhs31.69 million, according to the Land Department.
A total of 7 sale transactions were registered with the Department by the end of July 8, the most valuable of which was a plot in Nad Al Shiba that was sold for Dhs20.847904 million. The next two most prominent sales saw a second plot in Mirdif acquired for the sum of Dhs8.71325 million and another in Al Suq Al Kabeer for Dhs7.27 million.
The Mirdif area was the most active in terms of the yesterday sales, with 2 transactions. Al Satwa followed it with 1 deal.
During the period, Nad Al Shiba recorded the highest turnover by value, at Dhs20.85 million, followed by the Mirdif area, Dhs12.99 million, and Al Suq Al Kabeer area, Dhs7.27 million.
