The Emirates Bank Group (EBG) has collaborated with Dubai Municipality in listing all branches through the Dubai Municipality's interactive online mapping system. To begin with, the Emirates Bank International, meBANK, and the Middle East Bank's branches and locations have been mapped; with the rest of the group companies are to follow. The Banks' web sites now display an aerial map of how to get to all the Dubai branches.
Dubai Municipality is regarded as one of the largest establishments in Dubai in terms of the volume of services it provides to the public and other departments. Geographical Information System (GIS) center was established in February 2001, which serves all departments inside Dubai Municipality as well as other government organizations and public organizations with GIS related tasks.
