Emaar and Amlak close up on DFM

Leading UAE real estate player Emaar Properties gained 2.6 percent on the Dubai Financial Market on Monday, reaching Dh12, while Amlak Finance closed 2 percent up at Dh5.13.

 

The two gained like most other leading UAE stock indices which reported modest gains after declining for six consecutive trading sessions according to Khaleej Times.

 

The DFM General Index gained 1.3 per cent to 4089.07 as the Abu Dhabi General Index closed marginally up at 2927.9. Among the Dubai-listed banking sector shares, National Bank of Dubai and Dubai Islamic Bank gained 2.27 and 0.5 per cent, respectively.
