Emaar's upcoming Burj Dubai Development and Dubai Marina will be among the several lifestyle properties offered to investors and homeowners at the 2005 MIPIM exhibition which will take place in Cannes, France, later this month.
Last year, Emaar handed over more than 8,000 homes to its owners and launched nearly 40 developments.
