Iran's petrochemical production to hit 25 million tons annually

Iran's petrochemical production will hit 25 million tons annually in the 2005-06 fiscal year, said Deputy Minister of Oil for Petrochemical Affairs Mohammad-Reza Nematzadeh on Tuesday.

 

According to <i>IRNA</I>, Nematzadeh, who is also head of National Petrochemical Company (NPC) of Iran, told a group of mayors in Mahshahr in southwestern province of Khuzestan that Iran's petrochemical exports will also reach dlrs three billion in the current Iranian year.
