Talks are currently held between Iraqi businessmen based in the Kurdish region and Kuwaiti businessmen for the establishment of a huge cement factory in Iraq with a total capital of $100 million, reported the Kuwaiti
newspaper Al-Qabas.
A group of Gulf businessman may also participate in the project. This project will help to cover the needs of construction and basic infrastructure activities after forming the new government and the acceleration of Iraq reconstruction efforts.
