New marketing network in Saudi real estate sector
A Saudi real estate company has launched a unique program to market projects that were not implemented among some 4,500 real estate offices. According to Saeed al Hisan, the chief of the marketing network "Tawasul", the new program is aimed at better coordinating the implementation of the projects among the real estate offices. He estimated that these projects worth some SR 100 million.
The marketing network is currently operating in Riyadh, but it plans to expand to other parts of the kingdom.
According to al Hisan, there is a need to make the real estate sector an important contributor to the national economy.
