Oman International Trade and Exhibitions Company will organize the International Real-Estate’s Exhibition at OITE on January 2007. According to ONA, Ahmed bin Saleh Baabood corporate member at the OITE said the exhibition is complementary to the Gulf Real Estate and investment exhibition organized by OITE in March 2006. He said the exhibition aimed to provide opportunity for investors to meet directly with local customers in Oman.
He told ONA that the exhibition comprises a wide collection of contractors products and developers of resident, commercial and industrial estates and specialized real estate and investment services.
According to Ba’abood, the exhibition will comprise the Gulf and international pavilions. The Gulf pavilion will provide real estates services for the Sultanate and other AGCC state visitors, while the international pavilion is being assigned for exhibitors from other Arab countries and real-estate attractive markets world wide.
