Sayyid Mohammed bin Ahmed al-Busaidi, Wali of Sohar has opened a new branch of Oman Housing Bank (OHB) in the wilayat of Sohar. According to ONA, Al-Balushi said in an address the bank offers citizens soft housing loans to assist them to own their own houses. The chief guest and those who were present toured the building and were briefed on the branch’s role to serve citizens of the wilayats of the Batinah region.
