Dubai Properties Group, a member of Dubai Holding, has today announced the launch of a customer driven centre, ‘The Centre at Bay Avenue’, that aims to provide a convenient location for its customers to complete essential property registrations and services under one roof.
The Centre will host a number of key authorities, utility companies and other services and aims to be a one stop shop for customers to complete all necessary procedures related to buying, selling or renting commercial, residential or land projects within DPG’s portfolio.
The Centre has been conceived to address feedback from customers, and alleviate processing times when completing paperwork related to renewal, registration, power connection and telecommunication services.
Commenting on the announcement, DPG Group CEO Khalid Al Malik said: “We are continually innovating to improve our services as a real estate developer by offering solutions that address and answer customer needs – and this new customer care concept is a testament to this. With this centre, our ambition is to streamline the property registration and services process for DPG customers by making it more convenient, to allow them to complete all the required administration in one place at one time. The Centre in Bay Avenue will be the first of its kind and the first in the area.”
Every day, DPG serves over 1,000 people across its customer service channels and caters to more than 140,000 customers living and working in DPG destinations and communities including Business Bay, Dubailand, JBR and Mirdiff.
The 4,112sq ft centre will be located on the mezzanine floor at Bay Avenue, a vibrant retail area located at the heart of DPG’s Business Bay District. It will include a reception to direct visitors, a comfortable waiting area, and dedicated spaces for each authority or service provider as well as a coffee shop.
