Jordan Ahli Bank celebrates Ramadan at Queen Rania Family and Child Center

On the occasion of the holy month of Ramadan, and in continuation of its CSR efforts, Jordan Ahli Bank hosted an Iftar banquet at Queen Rania Family and Child Center, located at Jabal Al Naser area, which took place over a two-day period.

A film screening and fun sketches preceded the Iftar banquet, which was attended by the center’s children and their families, who in turn enjoyed the Ramadan-themed atmosphere.

Ahli bank considers Ramadan a valuable opportunity to interact with different segments of the community and share their celebrations of the holy month, it also seeks to further stress the role played by private sector institutions when it comes to supporting civil society organizations nationwide.

It is worth mentioning that Jordan Ahli Bank also sponsors Aflatoun Program, which seeks to empower children by instilling in them rudimentary financial management principles, such as those relating to the ownership and management of savings accounts. The concept was first tested in India nearly 18 years ago with the integration of basic financial principles into the child's rights programs at various schools.
