TASWEEK Real Estate Marketing and Development, a leading property advisor and solutions provider, has signed a Memorandum of Understanding with Casabrina Vacation Villas to market Casabrina’s boutique villa hotels in Malaysia to Middle Eastern investors and high net worth individuals.
Under the terms of the agreement, TASWEEK will introduce its clients to the project, solicit business opportunities, and provide development and financial support as part of TASWEEK’s USD 250 million portfolio.
The Casabrina Vacation Villas comprises 11 exclusive 3- and 4-bedroom residences, each meticulously designed to blend with the natural surroundings of the foothills of Pahang, the largest state in West Malaysia. The 6-star luxury resort complex is surrounded by virgin rainforest and offers some of Malaysia’s most exclusive homes.
