RAK Properties, a premier real estate development company of Ras Al Khaimah, and its board of directors have announced that the company's shares that were registered in Abu Dhabi stock exchange previously will be updated in order to include all the transactions that took place between May 2nd 2005 -September 12th 2005.
Mohammed Al Qadi, Managing Director, RAK Properties, said "As promised earlier, RAK Properties is working towards the completion of the share registration process for all transactions that took place between the allocation period and September12th. This process will facilitate the listing of the company's shares on the Abu Dhabi Securities Market by the end of September. We are committed to maximising our shareholder's value".
