Rotana Hotels and Resorts to build new property in Sudan

Sources at one of the Middle East’s leading hotel management firms, the Abu Dhabi-based Rotana Hotels and Resorts, revealed that the company has concluded a contract to manage a second property in Sudan’s capital city of Khartoum.
 
The Al Salaam Rotana Hotel, to be opened in the last quarter of the current year, will include 250 guest rooms and suites, a health and fitness club, a swimming pool, a restaurant and café, as well as a ballroom and a business center, reported Khaleej Times. In addition, the complex will also house an office building.
 
According to company sources, the Al Salaam Rotana will be finest five-star property in Khartoum, offering state of the art technology as well as cutting edge architecture and design.
